YOU MIGHT THINK chiropractors are only able to help with stiff backs, necks, and slipped discs. If so, you're not alone – but you're missing out on what else we offer.

About chiropractic care

Chiropractic care… which is based on the understanding that, given the chance and supportive environment, your body can repair itself… can treat many issues that might surprise you.

When we use our bodies, we’re using the joints and muscles that allow our body to work. Whether you’re working a “desk job”, chasing your kids or grandkids, training for the elite sporting events, a weekend warrior, or an iron worker, your body is working all day long.

Every person is moving differently throughout the day, and the variety in which each person uses their muscles and joints, our Bay City chiropractors treat a wide variety of conditions through chiropractic and rehabilitative care.

Now there are a lot of similarities between patients and why they seek us out for care, but rest assured that each injury evolves differently and thus is cared for and treated specifically to the individual.

We work hard to find the root of every individual injury we see, remedy it, and get your body back into its fully functioning form.

I highly recommend these ladies! Dr. Brittany got me in for a new-patient appointment the same day that I called! I had thrown out my back the night prior and was still in pain the day I went in. Now, just 24 hours later, and I already feel like I’m back to 90%! I’ve never had such immediate results from one chiropractic session in my life! In addition, both ladies and the receptionist (CeCe) are just, overall, super personable, pleasant, and intelligent. If you’re trying to find a new chiropractic practice, look no further!

I’ve been to several chiropractors over the years, but Lake effect has provided the best results and the staff is super friendly!!

I previously had an accident where I injured my hip and lower back, and then had a recent, unfortunate yard work accident to where I could barely walk. By a friend’s referral, I went to see these amazing ladies. They show you stretches to specifically target your problem areas and Make a plan just for your needs. This is NOT a “one size fits all” chiropractor. They are so personable and truly care about their patients. I am now able to walk around and sit at my desk all day with little to no pain. I highly recommend Lake Effect Chiropractic.
